Twenty-five years ago, when strategic partners and co-collaborators, Sandra Johnson (founder, CEO), Antoinette Ayers and Barbara Kay completed their coach certifications, Coaching was in its earliest stages of professional debut. Today Coaching has proven its effectiveness bringing with it a surge in demand and the need for an evolution, Coaching 2.0. Connecting seasoned coaches, who are often only accessible by word-of-mouth, with clients looking for the next level of coaching that not only builds upon core principles but ALSO leverages the wisdom and experience of the coach, elevates the coaching value. We call this couture coaching, derived from the French fashion term for highly tailored designs. Seasoned coaches who skillfully move between the art and science of coaching, advising, and consulting are able to deliver a customized highly tailored next level coaching experience for clients.

SANDRA JOHNSON, MA RCC

Founder & CEO

Sandra, a former Fortune 100 executive, small business owner, and entrepreneur works with C-level executives and their senior leadership teams to create personal and professional plans that transform them as individuals and the organizations they lead. She is a former board director for the Minnesota Association for Strategic Planning and a founding contributor to the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. She is a university academic mentor, public speaker, and professional writer. She holds a B.A. in English, with concentrations in Business and Political Science from the College of St. Catherine and an M.A. in Communication from Bethel University. She received her coaches training through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in California and is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. Additionally, she holds multiple certifications and accreditations in training and human dynamics.

Antoinette DuBois-Ayers

ANTOINETTE DUBOIS-AYERS CPCC, RCC

Founding Partner

Antoinette is the President of DuBois Ayers Consulting, and a veteran executive coach specializing in Leadership Development, Innovation, Team Productivity and Diversity (strategiccorporatesolutions.com). She earned a B.S. in Business Marketing from Northern Illinois University. She was co-developer of the Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) curriculum, the training program of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. She led the formation of Community Healthcare IT, a healthcare consortium and founded HLLC, a leading innovative healthcare model endorsed by the National Library of Medicine.

Barbara Kay

BARBARA KAY, MA, LPC, RCC, TIPC

Founding Partner

Barbara, is business psychology and productivity coach serving professionals, teams, leaders and organizations nationwide. She specializes in growth, productivity, teams, cognitive bias, communication, change, stress, women and leadership. She is the author of numerous journal articles and two books, the Top Performer’s Guide to Change and The $14 Trillion Woman. Barbara holds dual degrees in clinical psychology and is active in the American Psychological Association. In addition to coaching, Barbara develops custom workshops and speaks at national and regional industry conferences.
